We have been professional photographers and filmmakers for 8 years and our home is by the beach in Wilmington, NC. Our true passion in life is to travel the world capturing love stories and we can't wait to capture yours.
about us
hey y'all!
We are Megan + Barrett - wedding photographers + filmmakers. Our creative style would be described as fun, vibrant, and storytelling. We always have the best time with our couples and offer a very professional, but relaxed atmosphere.
Outside of shooting weddings, we love to spend time with our daughter Layla, go to the beach, hike in the mountains, travel around the country/world, and discover new music. We are also major foodies and enjoy cooking new recipes together in the kitchen or outside on the grill. On the weekends, if we aren’t shooting a wedding, you will most likely find us relaxing at the beach or pool, grabbing a drink or bite to eat at a local bar/restaurant, or just hanging out around the house playing music and games. Barrett also plays guitar, writes music, and more recently, home brews his own beer, which is super convenient (and dangerous) because we both love craft beer. We have two fur babies, Daisy (dog) & Perry (cat) that we love to spend time with too.
If you like to have a good time, love a perfect sunset and appreciate a good beer on the beach, we may be the right fit for you. As your wedding photographers and/or filmmakers, we will be there with you for every smile, tear and laugh to make sure your day goes as perfectly as you imagined.

We have traveled to so many beautiful countries - Italy, Iceland, Greece, Netherlands, Spain, Costa Rica .. the list goes on.

We have a 2 year old baby girl, Layla and she is our newest little intern. We can't wait to share the world with her.

When we get some downtime, you can bet that we are enjoying a local brewery or a Home-brew by Barrett

No matter where we are, we always find time to enjoy the sunset.

We are so lucky to call Wilmington, NC our home. A day of relaxing for us includes driving out on the 4wd beach with some friends and playing games.
